The heart, forever, has been the symbol of love and caring. It is the seat of affections and emotions and for these reasons the heart shape has provided the basic graphic description to memorialize a lifetime. The Rex design emphasizes the family name within a polished granite outline. A traditional carving of a rose and leaf branch add a beautiful touch to the top left area of the heart while a carving of hands in prayer, on an attached flower pot, contribute to the perfect graphic tribute of eternal love. The pictured monument was produced on our newest color, North Star Black granite. The smaller photo is the same design on North Star Blak granite, polished on all sides with rock-pitch edging.

One evening I went with my parents to a fancy restaurant. Dad was halfway through his dinner when he took a hard look at his potato, called the waitress over and said, "This potato is bad!"
